How to get Synsa working, who charges for what, and how to reach us.

Last updated

The short version

  • Synsa needs an AI account of your own. Connect OpenRouter or Nano‑GPT in Settings › API, and the AIs you pick answer through it.
  • You pay those companies for the AI you use, not Synsa. The Synsa app is free.
  • Did an AI make something wrong or harmful? Tap the Report flag on it. Our Safety page says what happens next.
  • Your chats stay on your phone. Delete your data shows how to remove them.
  • Need a person? Email aiproject01837@gmail.com. We aim to answer within 2 business days.

Connect an AI account

Synsa is an Android app that asks several AIs your question at once. It doesn’t come with AI credit of its own: the AIs answer through your own account at one of two AI stores.

  • OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) sells pay‑as‑you‑go access to Claude, OpenAI’s GPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and many other AIs.
  • Nano‑GPT (nano-gpt.com) does the same, and has more picture and video AIs.

How to connect

  1. In Synsa, open Settings, then the API tab.
  2. Tap Connect with OpenRouter or Connect with Nano‑GPT. Your browser opens that company’s own page.
  3. Sign in there, or make an account, and approve the connection.
  4. Come back to Synsa. Your key is saved and the AIs are ready.

You can also make a key on the company’s website and paste it into the box on the API tab. Remove key takes it off your phone again.

Your key is kept on your phone, in the phone’s secure key storage. It is sent only to the company it belongs to, never to Synsa. Please never email a key to us.

Synsa is for adults: you must be 18 or older. OpenRouter also requires you to be 18 or older.

If something doesn’t work

  • An AI doesn’t answer, or says there’s no credit. Check your balance on OpenRouter’s or Nano‑GPT’s website, add credit there, then ask again.
  • Your key isn’t accepted. On the API tab, tap Connect again, or paste the key again.
  • An AI you want isn’t in the list. The Google Play version of Synsa shows a checked list of AIs from well‑known makers. AIs built for adult or role‑play content are left out.
  • A request was refused. Synsa, or the AI company, stops some requests. Our Safety page lists what Synsa doesn’t make.
  • An answer looks wrong. Any AI can make mistakes. That’s why Synsa shows several side by side. For money, health or legal questions, check with an expert.

Still stuck? In Synsa, open Profile › Support, or email us (see Contact us). It helps to say which AI you were using and what you asked.

Report something an AI made

Every AI answer, picture, video and voice reply in Synsa has a small Report flag. Tap it, pick a reason and send. The report goes to the people who make Synsa.

  • The reasons are: harmful or dangerous, sexual content, hate or harassment, involves a child, wrong or misleading, something else.
  • You choose whether your question and the answer go with it, and the sheet shows exactly what will be sent before you send it.
  • Pictures and videos are never uploaded with a report.

Our Safety page has the details, including what we do when a report involves a child.
