Refund Policy
When you can get your money back for a Synsa plan, and how to ask.
Paid plans aren’t on sale yet
For now, the plans on our site are in test mode: we never ask for a card and no money is taken. This policy applies once the paid plans go on sale.
The short version
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy after your first payment for a Synsa plan? Ask within 14 days and you get all of it back.
- Monthly renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
- Charged by mistake? Charged twice, charged after you canceled or charged the wrong amount: we always refund it.
- Link, our reseller (part of Stripe), sends every refund back to the card or account you paid with.
- Your rights under the law come first. If the law where you live gives you more, you get it.

Our money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with Synsa, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, and we’ll refund that payment in full. You don’t have to give a reason.
- The guarantee covers the first payment you make for a Synsa paid plan, once per person.
- When that payment is refunded, your plan ends straight away and your account moves to Free.
Monthly renewals
The payments after your first one, when your plan renews each month, aren’t refundable, except for mistakes and problems on our side (see below) or where the law says otherwise.
To stop future payments, cancel any time: on your Synsa Account page, or in your Link account at link.com. Our Terms explain how. You keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
Mistakes and problems on our side
- Charged twice, charged after you canceled, or charged the wrong amount: we refund the extra charge.
- Paid features not working: if your plan’s features don’t work for a large part of a month because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix, we refund that month, in full or in part.
- We close your account or stop a plan when you haven’t broken our Terms: we refund the unused part of the month you’ve paid for.
When we can say no
We can refuse a refund when we see abuse or fraud, for example signing up again and again to use the guarantee more than once, or using a plan in a way our Terms don’t allow. Link follows the same rule.
This policy covers what you paid for Synsa. We can’t refund what you paid OpenRouter or Nano‑GPT for the AI you used through them; please ask them.
How to ask for a refund
Email us (see Contact us) from the address on your Synsa account, or tell us the email you paid with or the receipt number on Link’s email. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
You can also contact Link at support.link.com. Link handles some refunds itself, such as a payment you didn’t make or one taken twice. For our 14-day money-back guarantee, ask us.
Getting your money back
Link sends an approved refund back to the card or account you paid with, including any tax you paid. Your bank or card company usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the law. For example, consumers in the European Union, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom can withdraw within 14 days of their first payment for a full refund, and some other countries give similar rights. Our 14-day guarantee already covers that time for everyone.
Link’s terms for purchases also apply to what you buy. Where they, or the law, give you more than this policy does, you get the more generous rule.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Link before you ask your bank or card company to reverse a payment. It’s usually faster. While a chargeback is being looked at, your plan may be paused. This doesn’t affect your right to dispute a charge.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. The policy in place when you made a payment is the one that applies to that payment. Earlier versions are listed here:
- First version. The same day, payments moved from Paddle to Link (Stripe), before any plan was sold.
